Steak Bites Recipe
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter per lb of sirloin
- 1 clove garlic, minced per lb of sirloin
Instructions
- Cut sirloin into 1 inch cubes.
- Season heavily with salt and pepper.
- Sear with half the butter, appoximately 3 minutes per side.
- Take sirloin out of the pan.
- Add half the butter to the pan.
- Scrape the browned bits from the bottom of the pan and add garlic to brown.
- Add back in the steak briefly to coat.
- Turn off heat.
- Take out steak.
- Pour rest of garlic butter on top.
Notes
Serve with blue cheese dressing.
